Filip co-leads Allen & Overy’s Global Technology Group & our global TMT sector group. He works internationally, advising both established multinationals, platforms as well as fast growing technology companies from IP and/or data-rich sectors. He specialises in both the contentious and non-contentious aspects of digital transformation and technology related projects. He focuses on innovation and assists clients wherever digital transformation underpins fundamental change in their business. He advises our clients on strategic partnership agreements, complex outsourcing transactions, cloud computing, software licensing, data sharing as well as on technology driven M&A and joint ventures. In addition, he advises on data protection, cyber security and big data projects. He is specialised in advising clients on the impact of new EU regulations on data, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. He is consistently ranked Band 1 for technology by all leading legal directories.
