Anna-Liisa Pärnalaas is Counsellor for Digital and Cyber Affairs in the Permanent Representation of Estonia to the EU. In the current role, she is working closely with key EU digital policy initiatives (including artificial intelligence, data and digital identity). Previously, she has worked as an Advisor on Digital Affairs in the European Union and International Cooperation Department in the Estonian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications. She holds a Master’s degree from Tallinn University of Technology on Public Sector Management and Innovation
