Isabel Barberá is an AI Advisor, Privacy Engineer, and Head of AI Research at Rhite, a leading consultancy and research firm in The Netherlands specializing in Trustworthy AI. With a background in computational linguistics, computer science, and law, and over 20 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, cybersecurity and privacy, Isabel offers a unique blend of technical and legal expertise.

She is the author of PLOT4.ai, an open-source AI assessment tool that helps organizations identify AI risks and build Responsible AI systems. Isabel is also a member of ENISA’s ad hoc Working Group on Data Protection Engineering and a National Expert at CEN/CENELEC, contributing to the development of the European AI standards on Risk Management, Cybersecurity, and Trustworthiness.
