Felicity Algate is a Director in the Digital Markets Unit, based in Manchester. At the DMU Felicity spends most of her time helping to develop the new legislation for the digital markets regime and working on remedies for the mobile browsers market investigation. Felicity is also a Professor of Practice at Alliance Manchester Business School where she teaches behavioural science, MBA projects and works in the Productivity Institute. Before joining the CMA Felicity was a founder member of the Behavioural Insights Team where she helped grow the team from 8 to 250 people, including setting up and running the Manchester office in 2016. Felicity worked as an economist at the Office of Fair Trading and started her career as an economist at an investment bank.
