Emmanuelle PERES, graduated from ESCP Business School (1988), she was previously the Interministerial Delegate for Youth and Director of Youth, Popular Education and Associative Life at the Ministry of National Education and Youth, where she was in charge of the implementation of the Universal National Service and of the Youth component of the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
As a specialist in training issues and the challenges of the accelerated transformation of professions and skills, she was General Delegate of the Federation of Professional Training (2011-2018) and then Deputy General Director of the Platform of the Automotive Sector on the subjects of employment and skills (2018-2021). Prior to that, she was Secretary General of the Centre for Young Business Leaders (CJD), Director General of the ESCP Business School Alumni Association, Secretary General of the Franco-Quebecois Office for Youth (OFQJ) and "youth and associative life" advisor in the office of Luc Chatel, Minister of National Education and Youth.
In parallel to her professional career, Emmanuelle PERES was an auditor of the 62nd national session of the IHEDN (National Defence Institute of Higher Education). Commander of the French Navy's Citizen Reserve, she was a member of the SNU prefiguration working group set up by the Presidency of the Republic (2018) before being appointed member of the High Committee for the Evaluation of the Military Condition (2018-2021).
Emmanuelle PERES is Officer of the Legion of Honour (2022) and Commander in the Order of the Academics Palms (2021).
