Douglas Lockhart
Douglas works for the European Savings and Retail Banking Group – Europe’s association of banks and associations which share a heritage of retail, regional and responsible banking. As a policy advisor he is responsible for a range of payments and digital files – particularly, in recent times, the digital euro. In addition to engaging on these issues, he is involved in representing members through the Euro Retail Payments Board, the European Payments Council and supporting ESBG’s representative in the digital euro rulebook development group.
