Ashish Sarkar
Ashish is a Partner in KPMG’s Strategy practice, where he works with clients navigating the strategic, operational, and risk elements of their AI journey. He leads KPMG UK’s ‘Value from AI’ service, supporting clients define their AI vision and strategy, launch AI programs, and conceptualise and implement applications of AI in their business and operating models. His client base spans Financial Services, PE, Manufacturing, Aviation, Telecommunications, and Public Sector in multiple global environments.
Prior to this role, Ashish led the set up and execution of KPMG’s Global Strategy Centre of Excellence, overseeing the growth of the business to 3,000 practitioners globally. He is the creator and lead author of KPMG’s strategy methodologies for: AI Strategy, Enterprise Transformation, New Market Entry, Strategy Stress Test, Digital Strategy, and Design Thinking.
Ashish holds a Masters of Business Administration from Smith School of Business Canada, and a Bachelors of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur
