François Moreau
Head of Higher Education, Research and Innovation Service, City of Paris
François Moreau is an Engineer graduated from the Ecole Centrale (Lille) and the Univesidad Politecnica (Madrid), he also got a Masters degree in political sciences and urban planning from Sciences Po (Paris). He began his career as a consultant for the Paris Essonne Development Agency, where he notably worked with a Boston MIT researchers team led by Pr. Suzanne Berger on the internationalization of Western companies' R&D centers in China. In 2008, he joined the Attractiveness and Employment Department of Paris City Hall, where he was initially in charge of the Digital Sector. He is now manager of the municipality's Innovation policies and head of the Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Creative Industries Service.
